Install Anti-Ram Fence Phantom & Eagle MFH

The intent of the project is to provide Architect-Engineering services to construct / install cable reinforced Anti-Ram fence along the interior side of existing base perimeter fence along Phantom/Eagle housing area to prevent unauthorized vehicles from penetrating the base and prevent loss of life and property in Incirlik Air Base.
