The new 216 Room Dormitory is the first phase of the Incirlik Dorm Master Plan. The project consists of the construction of a multi-story structure with reinforced concrete foundations columns, beams, floor slabs, masonry walls and sloped roof system. The facility will be complete with HVAC, Fire Protection, Fire Suppression, Electrical and Communication Systems, Construction will be in accordance with the current Air Force Enlisted Dormitory Design Guide using the four-bedroom module design. The scope includes all necessary support to comply with current US Air Force and Local regulations. Antiterrorism / Force. Protection measures are implemented in accordance with DoD and ENCOM Construction Standards and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). The project is required to achieve a certified level of LEED Silver as recognized by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and in accordance with the USGBC’s rating system for New Construction.
